Description:
Our client has an immediate need for an ERP Systems Administrator.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- 3 - 5 years of related experience
- Experience with ERP
- Experience with Retail or Food Systems is s plus
- S2K ERP is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Participating in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems and applications
- Learning the ERP system and becoming an expert
- Training end users
- Troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related hardware, software, user access, and other problems
- Monitoring systems performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
- Coordinating new software releases
- Fixing and upgrading with technical teams and users
- Recommending new features or changes to configuration/workflow
