Our client has an immediate need for a User Experience Designer, who is responsible for working with project teams to design and deliver high-quality client-centered, effective, consistent, and usable interface

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• UX Certifications are a plus 
• 5+ years of experience in User Experience Design. Can be called one of these depending on the company (UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, OR Experience Design)
• 5+ years of experience in Figma, Confluence, Jira, Visual Design/UI
• Strong communication/presentation of UX concepts and thought process in a large team (10+) environment is a plus 
• Advocating for users and inspiring a culture of design thinking is a plus 
• Taking initiative and acting on opportunities for improvement is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Balance design strategy with hands-on execution of UX wireframes to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple features
• Visualize the user journey and achieve buy-in on IA recommendations and field requirements
• Use Figma to apply your UI and UX skills to an established product
• Design frameworks, systems, and components that aim to deliver consistent UX across a range of user touchpoints
• Drive continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution
• Support user observation and research; use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
