• Guaranteed Staffing QuickStart Package - This program places 100% responsibility for all interviewing/qualification of candidates in the hands of the ConsultUSA team, and we guarantee the people that we send meet the customers’ requirements. The program is a three step process:

  	1.	Our qualification of the need: Our account representative meets with our client to determine in detail their exact staffing needs (number of people, skill sets needed, personality factors, corporate culture, location, and engagement details).
  	2.	We do the work: Following agreement on consultant skills, rate and start date, ConsultUSA interviews, tests, and pre-screens candidates to deliver qualified consultants to match the client's business needs.
  	3.	We guarantee the work: If at any time within the first 40 hours of that consultant's engagement the client is not completely satisfied with the consultant, the client will not be billed for that consultant's hours, and ConsultUSA will replace that consultant.

• Project Management QuickStart Package - Through our partnership with our affiliate company, PMCentersUSA TM, we can provide the complete solution to help transform your company into a project management driven organization. ConsultUSA handles the staffing and permanent placement, and PMCentersUSA addresses Project Management Office (PMO) setup, project management training based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® and coaching and mentoring on a one-to-one or one-to-many basis.
• PM/BA Rewards Program "Receive free PM training!" - When new clients engage a consultant in a 40 hr/ week contract or permanent placement position for at least six months, they receive a seat in one of our 2-day public Project Management or Business Analysis classes for free or equivalent. This 2-day public class can be taken at any of our locations and utilized by either the consultant or any employee in the company that it would benefit. • Train to Hire Package - Having a hard time finding candidates with the training / credentials you are interested in? ConsultUSA will work with you to train to hire a candidate. Similar to our standard contract to hire engagement, the train to hire engagement adds in the ability to leverage ConsultUSA's training competency to help the consultant achieve the skill or certification training you are looking for during their contract duration. This is especially useful for organizations whose goal is to promote skills in a certain area or credentials, such as the PMP® certification.
