Our consultants are required to take an active role in their personal development, and become certified in multiple areas. Each year our consultants are required to complete at least one new certification. This is planned and executed through a goal setting process which identities the goals of the consultant, ConsultUSA and the customer. Mark Balish serves as President and Founder of ConsultUSA, Inc. He has held entrepreneurial and leadership roles in the Information Services industry including technical consulting, change management, business process re-engineering, project consulting, management consulting, sales support and national sales. Mark's broad experience base, vision and commitment to excellence is continuously opening up new opportunities for our company. Mark received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and his MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of business.
